Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business with a very small staff. If there have been an unusually high volume of orders, this may delay our ability to process the orders in our usual time frame, If this occurs, we will notify you by email of the situation.

Other problems may arise that are outside of our control, i.e.: power outages, delivery service problems from the deliver service provider, storm damage, or any other situation that is beyond our ability to foresee or influence. We will do our best to notify you if we are made aware of such situations, but may not be aware that something is wrong.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $20 within Logansport city limits. For orders under $20, we charge $3 for local delivery. Deliveries outside of the Logansport city limits are possible, but are considered on a situational basis and must be discussed with store personnel before a determination will be made. This applies to what the item(s) is/are, total price, delivery location (distance, accessibility, etc), and the purpose for the request. Any delivery charges will be assessed and discussed before the final determination will be made.

Deliveries are made from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday. We will contact you via text message and/or phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 800 Burlington Ave., Logansport. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email, text message, or phone call when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM thru 4:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday, and 10:00 AM thru 3:00 PM on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer any international shipping and, at this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of the U.S.A.

Please pray for us that we may be able to do this as soon as possible and we will offer policies concerning international shipping once we are capable of providing it.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at canaanlandincorporated@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you..

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipping to P.O. boxes is at the discretion of the shipping companies and is not within our scope of responsibility. If a P.O. box is unacceptable for shipment, then an alternate address must be supplied that suits the shipping requirements. Otherwise, an alternative shipping company may be required or the order may be cancelled due to the inability to complete shipping.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at canaanlandincorporated@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
